Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email suimingchuangxin@outlook.com before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, purchase your preferred replacement separately.

Exceptions: Promotional items, gift cards, custom or personalized products and other excluded items listed in our full Refund Policy cannot be returned.

EU orders: Our policy provides a 14-day cancellation or return period for items shipped to the EU. Items must meet the condition and proof-of-purchase requirements described above.
